These terms cover design work carried out by Vivah Visuals ("we", "us") for a client ("you"). They are the default framework. The specific quote, timeline and payment split for your project are agreed in your WhatsApp thread with us, and where the two differ, what we agreed with you in writing wins.

The thread is the contract

We deliberately keep briefs, quotes and approvals in one WhatsApp thread so both sides can scroll back to what was actually agreed. Please keep that thread. It is the record of your order.

1. Quotes and what they cover

A quote is given for a described piece of work: an approximate length, a number of functions, a design direction, and a language. It holds for that brief. If the brief changes — a longer film, an extra function, a different direction after work has started — we will tell you the revised figure before continuing rather than adding it to a final bill.

Quotes are valid for a reasonable period and may be revised if you come back much later, particularly if your wedding date has moved into a busier season.

2. What you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us: names, spellings, dates, times, venue details, and any regional-language text. We will send you every line as plain text for confirmation before final export, and we ask you to check it carefully.

Once you have confirmed the text and we have delivered the final files, a correction to something that was wrong in your own confirmation is treated as a new revision request. We will still fix it — we would rather your invite be right — but re-exports after approval may be chargeable if the error was not ours.

3. Timelines

Our normal working target is a first draft within about 48 hours of receiving your complete details and your chosen design direction. "Complete" matters: the clock starts when we have what we need, not when the conversation starts.

Timelines after the first draft depend on how quickly you send feedback. Deadlines that depend on a wedding date should be told to us at the beginning, and if we do not think we can meet one we will say so rather than accept the work and hope.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included until you approve the invitation. Two reasonable limits apply:

  • Please send changes in batches rather than one message at a time. This is how we keep turnarounds short.
  • Changing the concept after approval — a different design direction, a rewritten script, a new palette — is new work, not a revision, and will be quoted separately.

5. Payment

We normally start work against a part payment, with the balance due before final files are delivered. The exact split is stated in your quote. Payment details are shared directly with you; we do not take card payments through this website.

Please confirm payment details with us in your existing thread before transferring anything, and be cautious of any message claiming our bank details have changed.

6. Delivery

We deliver finished video files digitally — normally an HD file sized for WhatsApp sharing plus a vertical version for Status and Reels. Higher-quality or venue-screen exports are available on request. We do not deliver project source files, editable templates or the working assets used to build the design.

7. Rights in the work

On full payment, you may use the delivered invitation freely for your own wedding: sending it to guests, posting it on your own social media, and playing it at your functions.

The underlying design, artwork and source material remain ours. Reselling the invitation, licensing it to others, or presenting the design as your own product is not permitted. We do not resell your invitation to another couple either.

8. Music and third-party material

If you ask us to use a particular song, you are asking for a track we do not own the rights to. For a private invitation shared with family that is normally how it works in practice, and you accept responsibility for the use you make of it.

If you intend to post the invitation publicly on platforms such as Instagram or YouTube, be aware that automated rights systems can mute, restrict or take down videos containing commercial film music. We will tell you when we think that is a real risk, and we can suggest licence-cleared alternatives that fit the same mood. The choice is yours.

The same applies to photographs and logos you send us: by supplying them you confirm you have the right to use them.

9. Using your invitation as a sample

We ask before showing your invitation as an example of our work, and we accept a no without argument. If you agree and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove it. See our privacy policy.

10. Cancellation

If you cancel before we begin designing, we will refund what you have paid, less any bank charges. If you cancel after work has started, we retain a fair amount for the work already done and refund the rest; we will explain the calculation rather than simply keeping the advance.

If we have to cancel — illness, or a timeline we can no longer meet — we refund your payment in full and tell you as early as we can.

11. Limits of our responsibility

We are a small studio and our responsibility is limited to the work we were paid for. If something goes wrong with an invitation we made, our liability is limited to correcting it or refunding what you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for consequential losses — for example guests who missed a function, or costs elsewhere in your wedding.

We are also not responsible for how third-party platforms behave: WhatsApp compression, Instagram audio restrictions, or a phone that will not play a format are outside our control, though we will help you work around them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you booked, together with whatever we agreed in your thread.

Anything unclear here, ask before booking: WhatsApp +91 92257 69563 or call mon–sat, 9:00 – 20:00 ist.

Questions about the terms?

Ask now rather than later. We would rather spend five minutes explaining than have a misunderstanding mid-project.
