Privacy policy

Vivah Visuals ("we", "us") designs wedding invitation videos and related material. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us, and what this website itself does. It is written to be read, not to sound thorough.

What this website collects

Very little. This site is made of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not set cookies, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.

One thing does happen when your browser loads a page here, and you should know about it:

• Our hosting provider keeps server logs. Like any web host, it records requests — IP address, time, page requested, browser string — for security and diagnostics. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Notably, nothing else on this page comes from anywhere else. Our typefaces and icons are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts or a CDN, so loading a page here does not hand your IP address to a third party.

What you send us, and why

Everything meaningful reaches us through WhatsApp or a phone call, because that is how we work. To design an invitation we normally need:

• Names, as you want them written
• Function names, dates and times
• Venue name and address
• Your phone number, which we already have if you messaged us
• Optionally, photographs you want used in the design

We use this information for one purpose: to design, revise and deliver the invitation you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

WhatsApp and phone conversations

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation also sits on WhatsApp's own infrastructure, which is operated by Meta and governed by their terms and privacy policy — not ours. The same applies to your mobile operator for phone calls and SMS. If you would rather not send something sensitive over WhatsApp, tell us and we will find another way.

How long we keep things

We keep the project files and the message thread for as long as we may reasonably need them to support your invitation — for example if you come back for a re-export in a larger size, or for a later function in the same wedding. If you want your files and photographs deleted, ask us and we will delete them and confirm that we have.

Sharing with other people

We do not routinely share your information with anyone. The exceptions are ordinary and limited:

• Service providers that make the work possible — for example our web host and the file-transfer service used to send you large video files.
• Where we are required to by law, or by a valid order from a court or authority.

Children

This site is aimed at adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Photographs of children supplied by you as part of a family invitation are treated like any other project material and are not used for anything else.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw permission to use your invitation as a sample at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 92257 69563 or call during working hours and we will handle it. We do not charge for this.

Security, honestly stated

We take sensible care: project files are kept on password-protected devices and accounts, and we do not pass your material around unnecessarily. No small studio can promise that a system will never be breached, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we do not hold payment card details, because we do not process card payments on this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no mailing list, so this page is the record.
