What to send us first

You do not need to have everything decided. But the more of this you can put in the first message, the faster we can quote and start.

  1. Both names, spelled exactly as they should appear — including which one comes first.
  2. The functions and their dates: engagement, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the wedding itself, reception.
  3. Venue name and address as you want it printed.
  4. When you need it — the date you want to start sending invitations, not the wedding date.
  5. A design direction if you have a preference, or a reference you like the mood of.
  6. Language: English, Hindi, Marathi, or a mix.

One thing to check before you send photos

Send original files rather than pictures that have already been forwarded through WhatsApp. Forwarded images are compressed heavily and will look soft in the final invite, especially on a venue screen.

Quick answers

How quickly do you reply?

We are usually reachable mon–sat, 9:00 – 20:00 ist and normally reply to WhatsApp messages within about an hour during those hours.

Messages that arrive late at night are answered the next working morning.

What should I put in the first message?

Your two names as you want them written, the functions and their dates, the venue, and roughly when you need the invite ready. If you already have a design direction in mind, mention the number from our styles page.

That is enough for us to reply with a quote and a recommendation.

Can we talk on a call instead?

Yes — call during working hours and we will talk it through. We will still ask you to send the names, dates and venue in writing afterwards.

Spelling taken down over a phone call is how mistakes get into invitations.

Send the first message

Names, dates, venue. That is genuinely all we need to get started and give you a number.
